WE’RE MOVING!
But don’t worry… you won’t have to look very far for us.
We’re literally moving across the street!
NEW ADDRESS. SAME MISSION.Please update your records with our new mailing and delivery address:
Cover the City Project
504 N. Main Street
High Point, NC 27260
Beginning October 1, 2026, please direct all donations, deliveries, correspondence, and other items for Cover the City Project to our new address.
While we may only be moving across the street, this move marks a pretty big new chapter for Cover the City Project.
For nearly a decade, First Baptist Church of High Point has provided a home for our organization and supported our mission in countless ways. They gave us space to grow, collect, sort, store, and distribute thousands upon thousands of items to people throughout our community—and we will forever be grateful for their generosity and decade-long support.
As First Baptist begins a new chapter of its own, we wish them nothing but the very best in their new space and are so thankful for the role they have played in the Cover the City Project story.
Our mission to cover cities with warmth and love remains exactly the same. And just as importantly, so does our commitment to collaboration.
For more than 13 years, Cover the City Project has believed that we can accomplish far more when we work together. Our collaborative work with nonprofits, schools, churches, businesses, community groups, shelters, and other organizations will continue just as it always has.
We aren’t interested in duplicating the incredible work already happening in our community. We want to support it, strengthen it, and help fill the gaps where we can. Whether that means providing thousands of pairs of socks to another nonprofit, supplying blankets to a shelter, helping a school stock essential items, or connecting organizations with resources—we will continue to show up and partner wherever we can.
Our address is changing. Our commitment to this community and to the organizations serving it is not.
AND SPEAKING OF WHAT’S NEXT…We’re already gearing up for our 14th Annual Blanket Drive!
It’s hard to believe we are heading into year 14 of collecting blankets and other warm items for individuals and families in need. What started as a simple idea has grown year after year because this community continues to show up.
And we’re ready to do it again!
If your business, organization, church, school, or community group is interested in serving as an official blanket drop-off location this year, please reach out to us. We would love to have you join us!
There is a lot happening at Cover the City Project, and we are incredibly excited about what this next chapter holds.
Same mission. Same partnerships. Same community. New address. Just across the street.
Thank you for believing in this mission, supporting our work, collaborating with us, and helping us continue to cover cities with warmth and love.
With gratitude,
