Women In Motion is seeking an inspiring, mission-driven Director to guide the organization’s strategic growth, fundraising efforts, programming, and community presence. The Director will lead daily operations, communications, and organizational management while upholding Women in Motion’s commitment to uplifting women through leadership, professional success, personal wellness and financial independence.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Board on strategic planning, program and event oversight, and organizational operations.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility through effective budgeting and financial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with Board members, donors, volunteers, and community partners.
• Oversee program evaluation, data tracking, and reporting of outcomes.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including Vision Investors, program sponsorships, and special events.
• Lead all marketing and communications, including website updates, social media, and printed materials.
• Serve as spokesperson for Women in Motion in the community.
 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum five years’ nonprofit experience
  • Experience in management and leading teams
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to function well with non-standard work hours
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor development, and revenue generation
  • Exceptional marketing and communication skills with experience in social media
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong preference for residing in High Point, Jamestown, Archdale, Trinity, or Thomasville
 
Compensation:
Minimum base salary of $52,500.  Salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, job skills and local nonprofit industry standards.
