Entry-Level Sales Representative (Electrical Manufacturing)

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to support sales efforts within the electrical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly driven, and ready to grow within a technical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the electrical and industrial markets.
  • Contact prospective customers, including contractors, engineers, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Present electrical products such as components, assemblies, wiring, power systems, or related items.
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, product information, and quotes.
  • Maintain accurate customer interactions and pipeline details in the CRM.
  • Stay informed about product specifications, industry standards, and competitive products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications -
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in technical or electrical products (training provided).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support.
  • Familiarity with electrical components, manufacturing processes, or industrial systems.
  • Bilingual capabilities (optional).
  • Ability to read basic schematics, spec sheets, or technical drawings (optional).
