Join us on April 17th for Embracing the Opportunity of Change, hosted at the Truist Leadership Institute. This is a unique opportunity to experience leadership programming in a space known for its evidence-based approach to developing strong, confident leaders. Change is no longer something that happens occasionally—it’s the environment that leaders navigate every day. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the two dimensions of change: what happens when change is done to us versus when it’s led by us, and how our mindset shapes the outcome. You’ll leave with: • Practical tools for navigating uncertainty with clarity and confidence • Stronger communication strategies to lead and influence during times of change • A new perspective on how leaders can shift from reacting to actively shaping outcomes Your registration includes a light breakfast and catered lunch.
