Time is ticking to come into compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act! New federal regulations have been implemented in 2024, requiring most businesses to file a beneficial ownership information (BOI) report to FinCEN. The deadline for filing the BOI Report is fast approaching for most US companies. Failure to comply with this law can result in fines of over $500 per day as well as criminal penalties. This presentation will provide an in-depth explanation of who is affected, the specific information that must be reported, and the necessary steps your business can take to achieve full compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act.
