Mary Needham, Regional Director with the NC Department of Insurance, will share an overview about the department, its goals for the state, and highlight the services that are provided at no-cost for consumers. If people have never heard of the NC Department of Insurance or are unfamiliar with its services and how it can help, this is a great learning opportunity for them! She will also be discussing some of the factors that affect what people are paying for insurance, as well as providing some giveaways items and information as well.
