Participants will hear from Guilford County Commissioner Carlvena Foster and Mayor Pro Tem Monica Peters about key diferences between County Commissioners and City Council Members. Participants will gain insights on budgeting process and allocation of public funds and complete a hands-on exercise. Lunch will be provided.
