The final piece of the puzzle is identifying the costs of providing your unique solution. Small business owners will identify some of the key expenses associated with operating a business. We’ll also look at projecting revenues and expenses over a 2-3 year period. Business Plan 101 is a 3-part workshop series. This week's session helps you identify the cost of taking your business from an idea to an actual solution for a paying customer. Please Note - THIS IS A HANDS-ON WORKSHOP! At the end of this workshop, you will have the key components of a business plan that vividly tells the story of your business in numbers and in words.
