That's why we'd love to invite you to our Beyond the EAP, an interactive mental health showcase designed specifically for our local employers. Reimagine employee mental health supports with us: - Meet locally curated, community-based resources who do more than provide a 1-800 number. - Fill your cup with some much-needed self-care opportunities. - Walk away with strategies on improving employee performance through a care lens. - Enjoy “brain” food and giveaways to support positive mental health & wellness. This isn't a typical resource fair, or sit-down presentation. It's an open, "come as you are" floating event designed to fit into your busy schedule. Whether you have 10 minutes or an hour, you will leave with actionable ideas and resources to boost team engagement and retention. This event is perfect for HR, managers, and any people-leaders looking for meaningful, local supports to bring back to their organization. This event was organized through a collaboration between Goodwill Industries of Central NC, United Way of Greater Greensboro, and GuilfordWorks.
