Session 3: Strategic Decision-Making When the Numbers Are Unclear
This session focuses on donor behavior during economic uncertainty, retention strategies, and realistic ways boards and executive leaders can support fundraising efforts. Participants learn how to review and adapt fundraising strategies when donors, sponsors, and funders are more cautious.
Session Outcomes:
Nonprofit Resilience: Leading Through Uncertainty is a five-part executive series designed specifically for Executive Directors, Board Chairs, and senior nonprofit leaders who are navigating a rapidly changing landscape.
This series moves beyond theory. It provides practical governance clarity, adaptive fundraising strategy, ethical decision-making frameworks, and long-term leadership planning tools that help organizations remain stable, mission-focused, and sustainable.
Participants may attend individual sessions or commit to the full five-session experience for deeper strategic alignment.
