This session establishes a strong governance foundation by clarifying the distinct roles of the board, board chair, and executive leadership. Participants explore how effective boards lead during uncertainty, strengthen accountability, and support executive leadership without overstepping into management.
Session Outcomes:
Nonprofit Resilience: Leading Through Uncertainty is a five-part executive series designed specifically for Executive Directors, Board Chairs, and senior nonprofit leaders who are navigating a rapidly changing landscape.
This series moves beyond theory. It provides practical governance clarity, adaptive fundraising strategy, ethical decision-making frameworks, and long-term leadership planning tools that help organizations remain stable, mission-focused, and sustainable.
