Description
The Housing Authority of the City of High Point, in partnership with Carl Chavis YMCA, Mental Health Associates of the Triad, and The Sister Circle International, will host its first youth mental health awareness forum. In participation in Mental Health Awareness Month, the forum will raise awareness of the state of youth mental health, reduce mental health stigmas and discrimination, and provide resources for equitable access to mental health services while promoting early intervention to prevent escalation of problems later in life.
