Reset Your Routine is an interactive Family Fun Night designed to empower families with practical tools for building healthier, happier lives. Through engaging activities and an educational panel featuring experts in nutrition, academics, mental wellness and family wellness, participants will learn simple strategies to create routines that support success at home, in school, and beyond. Participants will leave inspired, connected, and equipped with resources to help your family thrive.
