Description
This training focuses on why hiring for culture is more important than hiring for skill. We look at several companies that focused on hiring for culture and how it led to their success in the marketplace. This training also allows goes over legal and illegal interview questions and allows participants time to brainstorm what behavioral interview questions might be right for them to use at their next interview.
