Description

Join ElevateHP for an interactive and informative Self Defense class for beginners. Learn situational awareness and basic self-defense with Instructor Phillip Jones, a 3rd Degree, Taekwondo Black Belt. Step into the world safer and armed with these mental and physical techniques.

Focus points:

• Defense against 5 most common attacks
• How to use your voice as a weapon 
• Pressure Points 
• To be aware, think defensively and react quickly

Waiver must be signed upon arrival.
 

You are encouraged to wear active/comfortable clothing and bring water.
