Session 5: Strategic Leadership & Succession: Planning Beyond Today
The final session moves leaders from short-term stabilization to long-term sustainability. Participants focus on strategic thinking, CEO/ED succession planning, and building leadership continuity that supports the mission over time.
Session Outcomes:
Nonprofit Resilience: Leading Through Uncertainty is a five-part executive series designed specifically for Executive Directors, Board Chairs, and senior nonprofit leaders who are navigating a rapidly changing landscape.
This series moves beyond theory. It provides practical governance clarity, adaptive fundraising strategy, ethical decision-making frameworks, and long-term leadership planning tools that help organizations remain stable, mission-focused, and sustainable.
