Session 4: Program Impact & Workforce Sustainability: Making Hard Choices Well
This session focuses on the intersection of funding, programming, and staffing. Participants examine how to evaluate program impact, approach workforce decisions ethically, and communicate difficult changes with clarity and transparency.
Session Outcomes:
Nonprofit Resilience: Leading Through Uncertainty is a five-part executive series designed specifically for Executive Directors, Board Chairs, and senior nonprofit leaders who are navigating a rapidly changing landscape.
This series moves beyond theory. It provides practical governance clarity, adaptive fundraising strategy, ethical decision-making frameworks, and long-term leadership planning tools that help organizations remain stable, mission-focused, and sustainable.
