This course introduces the principles and practices of project management. Participants will learn about project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, along with essential project management tools and techniques. Learning objectives include, but are not limited to:

These skills enhance operational effectiveness, enabling nonprofits to better fulfill their missions and serve their communities.
