Engage in dynamic workshops led by local industry experts, ignite insightful discussions, cultivate lasting connections, and gain valuable skills and insights to help unleash your leadership potential.
Summit Overview
To be a leader others want to follow, managers need to set clear and attainable goals, provide the matching leadership style, and give appropriate feedback. The goal of a Situational Leader is to help others develop competence, motivation, and confidence. This 60-minute workshop will serve as a high-level introduction to the game-changing techniques that prepare leaders to lead differently.

Following the workshop portion of the Summit, join us for a networking reception and Leading with Purpose, a spotlight tour of local non-profits who serve our community. Get to know them, their mission and how you can get involved.
The networking reception will feature hors d'oeuvre, drinks, raffle prizes, professional headshots and more!
The YP Summit is open to young professionals (21 - 40 years old) who live and/or work in High Point, NC.
